The Ant chair designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1952 became the biggest success in Danish furniture production. The Ant is a light stackable chair with seat and back in one piece of molded laminated wood resting on thin steel legs. Despite its minimalist form and svelte shape it is extremely comfortable.
